Welcome to Malapascua Diving. By booking training or diving with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions"). Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Changes to the schedule
Malapascua Plongée reserves the right to modify training and dive schedules without prior notice, at the center's discretion, particularly for reasons of safety, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstance. The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. In the event of changes, we will endeavor to offer acceptable alternatives.

2. Security Deposits
Any security deposit paid to reserve training, diving or any other service offered by JLC Diving Corporation is non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation on your part for any reason whatsoever, the amount may be carried over to another reservation within 2 years of the initial reservation date. The deferral is subject to availability and to the conditions in force at the time of the new reservation.

Refunds or postponements are only possible if the customer informs us at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

3. Training Deposits
Training deposits are required to secure your place on our training courses. These deposits are non-refundable, as they represent a training opening fee that is paid directly to the SSI (Scuba Schools International) federation for your registration. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances surrounding the cancellation.

4. Payments and Cancellations
The remaining balance for all bookings must be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions communicated at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation on your part, deposits will not be refunded but may be carried forward in accordance with section 2 of these conditions. If you wish to cancel or change your booking, please inform us as soon as possible.

5. Responsibility
JLC Diving Corporation is committed to providing quality services and ensuring the safety of its customers to the best of its ability. However, customers participate in diving activities at their own risk and should be aware of the inherent dangers of diving. JLC Diving Corporation cannot be held responsible for accidents or incidents that are not directly due to negligence on its part.

Any physical, verbal or inappropriate behavior may result in you being banned from the activity without refund.

6. Acceptance of Risks
By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with diving activities. You also agree to follow all instructions and training provided by JLC Diving Corporation, its instructors and guides.

7. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which JLC Diving Corporation operates. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
